The Challenge:
Groupon found themselves in an increasingly crowded and competitive market. They had managed to maintain a high customer registration rate but after their customers had signed up and bought a few deals on the site, Groupon found that they weren’t returning.

The Solution:
Once Groupon had updated their user experience, we developed a consumer promotion that would incentivise dormant accounts as well as new and existing users to log back into their new and improved Groupon accounts.

The Idea:
We created the ‘Login to Win’ promotional campaign providing members an opportunity to win a range of amazing experiences by simply logging in to their Groupon account. The more customers logged in the greater their chances were of winning.
