Since 2016 i’ve loved being my own boss; working as a freelance Creative Director and as a Small Business Marketing Consultant. I’ve helped a variety of agencies and clients manage their teams, win new business and develop great creative work supported by clear eyed strategic thinking.

Pulse Marketing Group.
Sydney - 2015-2016

While at Pulse as the Creative Director I was responsible for the creative output of the agency as well as managing the utilisation and mentoring of my teams in Sydney and Jakarta. As a part of the management team, I developed and implemented a focused repositioning of the agency while also maximising operational efficiencies through a comprehensive process and documentation review.

Onepartners.
Sydney - 2013-2015

While working at Onepartners as the Creative Group Head, I had operational responsibility for the Creative Department. As a part of the management team I was responsible for fostering collaborative client relationships and building a positive work culture within my team and the wider agency. My team and I developed industry leading Creative Strategies, Concepts, Art Direction, Copy and created collaborative client sessions that were successful in winning new business as well as winning a few awards along the way.

9Nine.
Sydney - 2012-2013

I was brought in to help Mi9 develop Creative Strategies and concepts that would help position 9Nine Entertainment Group as a one stop media shop for brands to reach their customers. With a unique market position we had full access to the suite of 9Nine owned media properties with which were able to develop integrated media lead campaigns for a range of direct and agency clients.

Hamburg - 2012

While at JWT Hamburg as the Associate Creative Director, I was brought across from the UK to develop Creative Strategy and Integrated Concepts for Jacobs Kronung, Zapitano and Siemens Energy. I had the pleasure of working in JWT’s European Head Office in Hamburg Germany and as the lone Australian in the office I was proud to work with a very international team on global projects that would later go on to be translated into over 50 languages.

Sense Marketing.
London - 2010-2012

While at Sense I worked as a Snr Art Director with an extremely successful pitch winning team that resulted in the agency winning Experiential Agency Of The Year in 2012; across a wide range of experiential activations and clients. Core clients include Sky, Coke, Timberland, Brown Forman, Kleenex, PVM Molson Coors and Ryvita.

Publicis Chemistry.
London - 2009

After landing in the UK, I worked as an Art Director at Chemistry and was fortunate to develop creative concepts with a very talented shopper and activation creative team. Together we worked on some of the UK’s top brands including, Hovis Bread, Baileys, Transport For London & RAC.

Publicis Mojo.
Sydney - 2003-2008

My first job that started as Work Experience, then lead to an Internship, and then to full time role as an Art Director. Publicis Mojo was a great proving ground in one of the Australia’s most renowned Ad Agencies. While there, I worked in the shopper marketing team as well as undertaking a more traditional ATL projects after an organisational restructure. I was fortunate enough to work with some of the best creatives in the industry and to be involved with creating a few Award Winning campaigns.
