The Challenge:
To help Friesland Campina maximise the distribution footprint & shopper acceptance of their global hero product ‘Frico Landkaas’ during its Australian launch in Woolworths deli fridge. The Swiss style cheese category has low awareness and affinity in Australia.

The Solution:
Provide as many tasting opportunities as possible, present ‘cheese loving shoppers’ with quick and easy meal suggestions that incorporate Frico Landkaas into a range of meals and encourage Food Bloggers to share recipes with their readers, building brand acceptance.

The Idea:
We wanted to ensure that customers were made aware by this product launch into Australia that “the tastiest cheese has landed”.

Result:
Frico Landkaas successfully launched in 600+ Woolworths nationwide. Over 20,000 people engaged with the campaign socially, over 9 times the benchmark in engagement. Another 30,000+ shoppers tasted the product through in-store samplings.
